  • 訂單成立： 您下單後，本網站將發送「訂單確認信」，這僅代表我們收到了您的訂單，不代表交易已完成或契約已成立。我們保留接受訂單與否的權利。
  • 價格與庫存： 若商品因系統錯誤導致價格或庫存標示不正確，我們保留取消訂單的權利，並將全額退款。

4. 運送與取貨政策 本網站提供以下運送方式，請依您的需求選擇：

  • 貨運/郵寄： 商品將配送至您指定的收件地址。
  • 7-11 交貨便： 請務必填寫證件真實姓名，以免無法取貨。若因未取貨導致商品退回，您可能需負擔重新寄送之運費。
  • 滿滿自取： * 選擇此方式者，系統不會計算運費（或運費將於現場退回，視當時活動而定）。
    • 重要： 本工作室無固定營業時間，下單後請務必透過訊息與我們聯繫，預約取貨時間。

5. 退換貨政策

  • 依照消費者保護法規定，消費者享有商品到貨 7 天鑑賞期（猶豫期）之權益。
  • 鑑賞期非試用期，退回商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整。
  • 貼身衣物或特定個人衛生用品，拆封後恕不接受退換貨。

6. 隱私權保護 您的個人資料將依據我們的「隱私權政策」進行保護與使用。

7. 準據法與管轄法院 本服務條款之解釋與適用，以及與本服務條款有關的爭議，均應依照中華民國法律予以處理，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

3. Orders and Transactions

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not confirm acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.
  • Pricing and Inventory: In the event of incorrect pricing or stock errors due to system faults, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

4. Shipping and Pickup Policy We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Home Delivery: Items will be shipped to your specified address.
  • 7-11 Pickup: Please provide your legal name matching your ID card for pickup verification. If a package is returned due to non-pickup, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • Self-Pickup: * Shipping fees are waived (or refunded on-site) for this option.
    • Important: We do not have fixed business hours. After placing an order, you MUST contact us via message to schedule a pickup time.

5. Return and Refund Policy

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period (cooling-off period) upon receipt of goods.
  • The appreciation period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in new condition with complete packaging.
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned once opened.

6. Privacy Your personal data will be protected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court in Taipet, Taiwan.
